About Linda Staples
Linda Staples has been a resident of the State of Washington her entire life. Linda graduated Summa cum laude from Washington State University in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a major concentration in Political Science and minors in both Sociology and English. Linda went on to acquire her Juris Doctorate Degree at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 2002. Linda is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
Linda opened her own law firm in January, 2003. This was the culmination of a dream that began when she started working at a law office at the age of 16 years old and continued to work in the legal field for the following 15 years before deciding to attend law school and become an attorney. Linda is an experienced litigator and is devoted to offering caring and personal attention to each client and will demonstrate vigor and aggressiveness when necessary to represent you effectively. Linda believes in being truthful with each client and will discuss in great detail the merits and drawbacks of each case. She will not be able to promise you specific results, but will evaluate your case to allow you to make an informed decision. Negotiation skills are extremely important in the legal practice and Linda has fine tuned these skills over the years. With that being said, not every case should be negotiated and that is when these types of instances arise that Linda is prepared to pursue the case through the court process.
